IAM Consultant – AI Trainer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated outputs pertaining to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks.

• Examine the accuracy and feasibility of AI-driven suggestions regarding access management, role-based access control, and compliance standards.

• Create tangible case studies and scenarios leveraging your IAM expertise.

• Generate variations of scenarios that encompass identity lifecycle management, regulatory obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Identify and articulate gaps or risks within AI recommendations, delivering structured and actionable feedback.

• Shape the way AI systems understand IAM best practices and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Seasoned IAM consultant with a robust background in identity and access management.

• Must be located in the EU or UK.

• Comprehensive knowledge of access control models, authentication protocols, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks (such as GDPR and SOX).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to provide structured feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, comfortable with remote and asynchronous work.
