• Oversee the creation and implementation of the AI transformation program for the Grid Systems Integration (GSI) division.

• Partner with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Business Line Lead to establish the AI strategy and convert it into actionable initiatives.

• Identify and rank high-impact use cases.

• Revamp workflows and operating models in accordance with the strategy and a Lean approach.

• Propel the deployment of AI initiatives and foster organization-wide acceptance.

• Guarantee measurable business outcomes to position AI as a catalyst for sustainable competitive advantage.

• Cultivate strategic external collaborations.

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in engineering, business, operations, computer science, data science, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in business transformation, operations, digital transformation, AI, data analytics, or program leadership.

• Demonstrated success in delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable business results.

• Strong grasp of AI, data analytics, automation, and digital technologies, with the capability to apply them to operational challenges.

• Experience in leading small teams and working effectively within a matrixed organization.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.

• Experience collaborating with internal capabilities and external partners.
