This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the tactical implementation of Post Sales operations, significantly influencing our operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience.
• Contribute significantly by configuring processes and producing valuable reports.
• Implement vital system improvements and troubleshoot process challenges that directly support our customer experience teams.
• Anticipate access requirements and execute minor yet significant adjustments.
• Possess Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications, showcasing superior expertise in the platform.
• Have the capability to read and modify APEX code for Salesforce processes, thereby extending the platform's functionality.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effectively relaying technical information to varied audiences.
• Thoroughly understand the current Salesforce environment, implementing routine process changes and enhancing data collection using OOTB functionality for customer-facing teams.
