Director, AI Transformation Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of the Enterprise AI Transformation Agenda.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and sustain a multi-year enterprise AI transformation roadmap.

• Convert strategic AI priorities into a structured, actionable portfolio of initiatives spanning business units and functions.

• Ensure the integration of AI initiatives into annual planning, investment governance, and long-term financial strategies.

• Oversee the execution of AI initiatives, guaranteeing accountability, delivery discipline, and transparency.

• Establish and manage AI TMO governance forums, executive briefings, and performance monitoring.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; proactively facilitate mitigation and decision-making.

• Collaborate with business leaders to define, monitor, and achieve financial and operational value from AI initiatives.

• Ensure the operationalization of AI solutions within workflows, decision-making processes, and operating models.

• Scale successful pilot programs into repeatable enterprise capabilities.

• Design and refine the enterprise AI operating model.

• Serve as a senior change leader, ensuring alignment between leadership intent and organizational behavior.

• Provide hands-on leadership for essential AI and transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, technology, or AI-enabled initiatives.

• Background in top-tier consulting, enterprise transformation roles, or AI-driven organizations.

• Strong knowledge of AI, data, and contemporary technology concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving executive stakeholders.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
