IAM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assess, enhance, and safeguard identity and access management throughout the organization.

• Ensure that user permissions, authentication methods, and privileged access are effectively designed, implemented, and monitored.

• Concentrate on access governance, permission evaluations, access log analysis, and the ongoing enhancement of IAM, PAM, and secrets management practices.

• Confirm that applications correctly apply authentication controls, including corporate MFA.

• Review and evaluate access logs from identity and access-related tools.

• Detect malicious access patterns and assist with investigations when necessary.

• Maintain access management solutions, which include password management and PAM tools.

• Document findings, evaluations, and actions related to IAM, access reviews, PAM, and secrets management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, telecommunications, cybersecurity, or other relevant fields.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, access governance, or identity-related security positions.

• Practical experience in reviewing user permissions and access models across various applications.

• Familiarity with directory services and identity platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD).

• Experience in analyzing authentication and access logs.

• Knowledge of MFA, conditional access, and identity-based security controls.

• Understanding of password management and privileged access management principles.

• Experience with or integration of secrets management solutions.

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the Information Security Team with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to learn and continuously enhance identity security practices.

• Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.
