This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Facilitate collaboration among our internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Create evaluation methods to direct operational strength assessments.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and develop KPIs to enhance performance.
• Provide accurate and timely status updates throughout the project life cycle.
• Oversee project proposals, contracts, finances, and ensure profitability.
• Act as the point of escalation and guide issues to corporate management.
• Cultivate strong relationships with regional and corporate customer personnel.
• Organize and lead monthly and quarterly presentations for customers.
• Mentor Senior Project Managers.
• Offer training, coaching, and motivation to team members.
• Assist in budget development and manage overhead expenses.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest growth strategies.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues in a timely manner.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
• Prioritize communications and collaborations within programs.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to achieve objectives and ensure all legal compliance requirements are met.
• Establish strong relationships with manufacturers and distribution partners.
• Work alongside and support the Project Manager with deliverables and staffing needs.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or Construction.
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• RCDD certification is preferred.
• BICSI Technician Certification is preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification is required, while OSHA 30 is preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in the construction, telecommunications, or data center industry with a strong background in various technology facets.
• Proven experience in program management, leadership, scheduling, cost control, and risk and opportunity management.
• Comprehensive understanding of hyperscale engineering requirements, including data center design, construction, operations, infrastructure installations, and quality and safety protocols.
• Required project management experience with budget, safety, and quality expertise.
• A demonstrated commitment to fostering a world-class client focus, transparency, and collaboration.
• Experience with security, audio-visual, videoconferencing, and wireless communications is preferred.
