
Hyperscale Enterprise Sales Lead – ITAD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Lead enterprise sales initiatives targeting hyperscale and large data center clients for IT asset disposition (ITAD) and lifecycle services.
• Assess and secure opportunities related to trade-in, decommissioning, asset recovery, and data destruction/security.
• Oversee intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving security, infrastructure, operations, procurement, and executive teams.
• Foster long-term, program-oriented ITAD collaborations, rather than one-time disposal projects.
• Collaborate closely with founders, operations, and compliance teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in refining go-to-market strategies, pricing structures, and service packaging as the business grows.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling ITAD, lifecycle services, or infrastructure solutions within hyperscale or large data center settings.
• Experience with an ITAD provider, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), value-added reseller (VAR), or infrastructure services firm.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including R2v3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and international e-waste directives (e.g., WEEE).
• Strong comprehension of asset disposition for servers, storage, and networking, with a focus on data security and compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment characterized by minimal processes and significant ownership.
