This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Milbar's safety training program.
• Undertake travel for diverse assignments.
• Manage heavy items and ensure the use of proper PPE.
• Traverse various terrains and weather conditions.
• Care for Milbar-assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Adjust to evolving work schedules and responsibilities as necessary.
• Successful completion of Milbar's safety training program.
• Willingness to travel extensively and maintain punctuality.
• Ability to pull, lift, and/or carry heavy items.
• Requirement to wear and maintain appropriate PPE.
• Capability to enter and exit trenches or elevated equipment via ladder or ramp.
• Proficiency in navigating various soil conditions, terrains, and weather.
• Responsible management of Milbar-assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Must possess a current state or federally required motor vehicle license (candidates with a CDL will be given strong consideration).
• Availability for potentially long work hours.
• Demonstrate professional competence in safety, environmental protection, financial responsibility, and attitude.
• Compliance with DOT/PHMSA and OSHA regulations, along with other guidelines, standards, and Milbar operating procedures.
• Undergo mandatory drug and alcohol testing in line with Milbar's Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
• Willingness to adapt to a rapidly shifting work schedule and job responsibilities as dictated by Milbar's project management, on-site management, and customer needs.
