This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Create and uphold comprehensive, resource-loaded construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.
• Facilitate daily and weekly planning sessions with site teams.
• Conduct short-term planning meetings to synchronize crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor physical progress, earned value, and productivity metrics.
• Recognize and assess discrepancies between planned and actual work outcomes.
• Evaluate technical drawings and synoptic diagrams.
• Assist in preparing schedule-related claims.
• Generate schedule reports and S-curves for project management oversight.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling EPC projects, with a minimum of 2 years in on-site construction planning.
• High proficiency with scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6.
• Strong grasp of planning and scheduling principles, techniques, and methodologies.
• Capability to read and interpret construction drawings while understanding the interdependencies among various disciplines.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
