
HVDC Primary & Valve Installation Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that all installation tasks are executed in compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the reliability and performance of installed HVDC Valves & HVDC Primary Equipment.
• Conduct inspections according to Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to confirm adherence to quality criteria.
• Prepare and review installation documentation, test reports, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure that all tools, equipment, and materials are adequately maintained and stored.
• Coordinate the installation activities of HVDC Primary Equipment & Valves with both the Site Management Team and other internal and external stakeholders, including the Installation Subcontractor on site.
• Provide guidance, training, and support as necessary to the installation subcontractor.
• Collaborate with our internal Valve manufacturing team to ensure that the necessary documentation is utilized on site during execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the installation process.
• Technical education, ideally holding a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical installation work within large-scale projects, with a minimum of 3 years in the relevant field.
• Experience in supervision or site management in substation, FACTS, or HVDC projects is preferred.
• Strong health and safety mindset that aligns with international standards, capable of identifying and halting unsafe work practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities, with proficiency in providing clear verbal and written reports (English required).
