HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Overseeing cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.

• Conducting performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Executing additional maintenance or upgrades for HVAC equipment during off-peak seasons.

• Promptly responding to service requests, including emergency call-out services.

• Accurately and timely completing daily work reports.

• Safely and legally operating and maintaining a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Mandatory)

• Experience in a Controlled Environment Vault (CEV)

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred)

• Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.

• Must possess effective communication skills both verbally and through email.
