HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the maintenance of cooling systems, which includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of the complete systems.

• Carrying out performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Executing additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC systems.

• Responding promptly to service requests, including emergency service calls.

• Ensuring timely and precise completion of daily work documentation.

• Safely and legally operating and maintaining a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required)

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred)

• Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems is preferred.

• Must possess effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form.
