HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining cooling systems by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, repairing, or installing and replacing components within entire systems.

• Carrying out performance checks and conducting routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Executing additional maintenance or upgrades to HVAC equipment that is out of season.

• Responding promptly to service calls, including emergency service requests.

• Ensuring timely and precise completion of daily work reports.

• Safely and legally operate and maintain a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (preferably in a commercial setting).

• Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, especially refrigeration systems, is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and via email.
