HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Overseeing cooling systems by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, repairing, or installing and replacing system components.

• Carrying out performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Executing additional maintenance or upgrades on HVAC equipment during off-peak seasons.

• Timely response to service requests, including emergency call-out situations.

• Completing daily work reports accurately and on time.

• Safely and legally operating and maintaining a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred).

• Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and via email, are essential.
