HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the upkeep of cooling systems, including diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing system components.

• Carrying out performance assessments and routine maintenance on HVAC systems.

• Executing additional maintenance or enhancements for off-season HVAC equipment.

• Promptly responding to service requests, including emergency call-out services.

• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily work documentation.

• Safely and legally operating and maintaining a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Mandatory).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.

• Preferred basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems.

• Effective communication skills, both verbally and via email, are essential.
