HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Overseeing cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing system components.

• Carrying out performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Executing additional maintenance or enhancements on HVAC equipment that is out of season.

• Addressing service calls promptly, including emergency response services.

• Ensuring timely and precise completion of daily work reports.

• Safely and legally operating and maintaining a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred).

• Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via email.
