This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Deliver outstanding HVAC services to our referred clients, which encompasses the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Work in partnership with Floor Coverings International to guarantee smooth coordination and communication for our shared clients.

• Uphold a high level of professionalism, customer service, and quality workmanship across all HVAC projects.

• Respond swiftly to client inquiries and service requests, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

• Present competitive pricing and special promotions to clients referred by Floor Coverings International.

• Provide regular updates and feedback to Floor Coverings International regarding the status of referred client projects and satisfaction levels.

• Demonstrated experience in the HVAC industry with a solid history of customer satisfaction.

• Necessary licensing and certifications to operate as an HVAC contractor in Chicago, IL.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, focusing on installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and our team.

• Dedication to high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
