This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s range of services to multiple clients within a designated geographic area.
• Provided with a company van and tools, traveling to various customer locations to manage commercial properties.
• Alongside performing minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance, responsible for preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment, offering recommendations as necessary.
• Execute comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services on all standard package and split unit HVAC systems commonly used among EFO’s light commercial clients.
• Conduct general repairs on steam/hot water boiler systems.
• Carry out minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems (e.g., unclogging toilets and drains, repairing leaks in drains and faucets).
• Undertake routine painting, carpentry, and similar tasks as needed to keep our Client’s facilities in like-new condition.
• Perform service inspections and asset evaluations as required.
• Maintain timely and consistent communication with customers and internal support teams.
• High School diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), or Specialty Floor Care is preferred.
• Certified 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of HVAC/General Maintenance experience, encompassing electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, is required; or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• HVAC experience with Industrial/commercial type HVAC equipment/systems as required by the scope.
• Must hold the necessary certifications, licenses, and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• An EPA Universal Refrigeration License is mandatory.
• Capability to read and understand instructions, including but not limited to safety policies, operating and maintenance guidelines, and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.
