HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring the effective, efficient, and timely provision of the Company’s services to various clients within a designated geographic area.

• Equipped with a company van and tools, travels to diverse customer locations to maintain commercial properties.

• Conduct minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks.

• Execute preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.

• Carry out tests and analyze data to ensure proper equipment functionality, providing recommendations as necessary.

• Understand the control operations and sequences for commercial HVAC systems.

• Perform tasks in accordance with company protocols, regulatory standards, and safety regulations.

• Foster a positive relationship with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), or Specialty Floor Care, preferred.

• Certified 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license.

• 5 years of HVAC/General Maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

• Valid certifications, licenses, and a clean driver’s license.

• EPA Universal Refrigeration License.

• Capability to read and understand instructions, including safety policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.

• Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.

• Technical Qualifications & Skills: Complete assigned work orders promptly and communicate work order status through the designated business processes.

• Proficient in using and operating handheld devices and business systems or document management database software, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook (email), MS Office (Word, Excel).
