HVAC Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair various types of HVAC systems.

• Conduct regular maintenance on commercial HVAC units.

• Foster positive relationships with clients.

• Engage in training sessions provided by the company.

• Inform clients about issues and timelines regarding workload.

• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

• Ensure proper maintenance of company-issued vehicle and tools.

• Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a commercial or residential HVAC service technician.

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting a diverse range of HVAC systems and equipment.

• Familiarity with boiler systems.

• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems.

• Strong communication skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.

• Capability to manage a physically demanding workload.
