This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Offers technical support to pre-engineering teams during data collection efforts.

• Conducts site surveys to assess current facility conditions and identify the requirements needed to fulfill the project's scope.

• Formulates energy conservation strategies to implement the project's scope related to retro-commissioning.

• Evaluates Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for the procurement of equipment and services to ensure project objectives are met.

• Collaborates with project engineers to align with engineering best practices, adhere to company standards, and comply with relevant codes.

• Aids the project team in reviewing critical equipment and system submissions to ensure they conform to contract documents.

• Performs commissioning and occasional peer reviews of design documentation.

• Guides the project team, in conjunction with the engineer of record, on the technical and resource needs required to achieve project goals.

• Supports the project team with site visits to monitor progress, assess installation quality, and detect deficiencies.

• Diagnoses issues related to equipment/system installation and setup.

• Provides technical assistance to the implementation team to fulfill project requirements and achieve desired outcomes.

• Aids in optimizing complex equipment/system upgrades.

• Identifies deficiencies in project execution and develops standards/processes to address these issues.

• Supports or creates new tools to enhance project execution.

• Resolves issues related to system integration and the operation of systems.

• Embodies and promotes the ENFRA brand by ensuring excellence in work execution and fostering a positive client experience.

• Offers leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to colleagues within the Technical Services division.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.

• Possession of a Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.

• Holds expert technical knowledge of the relevant subject matter.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on Customer/Client orientation.

• Proven leadership abilities with a capacity to develop and mentor others.

• Competence in problem-solving and analyzing complex systems.

• Detail-oriented and capable of handling various ongoing projects with competing deadlines.

• Ability to multitask and perform additional duties outside the primary scope of work when necessary.
