This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of tailored Workday reports and dashboards.
β’ Collaborate with internal clients and senior management to establish reporting requirements and enhance customer experience.
β’ Partner with subject matter experts to optimize system functionality and deliver reliable HR reporting data.
β’ Organize and manage HR data across various affiliates within the National University System.
β’ Provide research, issue resolution, and training support related to Workday.
β’ Execute large-scale system updates, improve business processes, and manage employee records projects.
β’ Perform complex audits and specialized reconciliations to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
β’ Recommend, design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain Workday reports and dashboards.
β’ Maintain process documentation and procedures for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
β’ Troubleshoot reports and dashboards concerning access, design, configuration adjustments, and releases.
β’ Build, maintain, and support integrations with both internal and external systems.
β’ Analyze reporting impacts stemming from system updates and apply suggested modifications.
β’ Assist in presentations that communicate HR data findings, insights, and recommendations.
β’ Review emerging system trends and best practices.
β’ Ensure consistent data security and privacy across reporting platforms.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ A BA/BS degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Two to three years of relevant professional experience in data administration and analysis.
β’ Experience with Workday configuration and administration, including HCM, integrations, Workday Studio, security, business processes, recruiting, payroll, absence, time, compensation, and dashboards.
β’ Working knowledge of current Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit, and legal principles and parameters.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and graphs.
β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate judgment when handling sensitive, private, proprietary, and protected information.
β’ Capability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Experience in data visualization and communicating complex information to non-technical audiences.
β’ Skills in business process analysis and auditing.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ Understanding of information system architectures and technology platforms.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguity and perform under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
β’ Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment using agile methodologies.
