Human Resources Manager – Infrastructure & Capital Projects

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ You will manage and facilitate a smooth onboarding and orientation process for newly hired employees.

β€’ You will ensure that new-hire documentation is submitted by designated deadlines and coordinate with Mobility and hiring managers for new hires who require sponsorship.

β€’ You will maintain precise employment records in HR systems while preserving a high degree of confidentiality and meticulousness.

β€’ You will collaborate closely with management and staff to enhance work relationships, foster morale, and boost productivity.

β€’ You will lead efforts in conflict resolution, support performance engagement and corrective action plans, and coach managers through discussions regarding employee performance.

β€’ You will assist in performance management processes, which include communication, training, tracking completions, and development planning.

β€’ You will investigate and document matters related to employee relations.

β€’ You will advocate for a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.

β€’ You will act as the HR Manager for the Data Centers workforce, cultivating strong relationships with both managers and employees.

β€’ You will work with the HR team to ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices adhere to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

β€’ You will oversee and support a range of HR projects linked to onboarding, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.

β€’ You will provide coaching, guidance, and support concerning HR policies and procedures.

β€’ You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition to further develop effective hiring strategies and streamline processes.

β€’ You will assist in corporate initiatives related to training and development.

β€’ You will ensure adherence to required Ethics & Compliance training.

β€’ You will deliver training to new managers on HR best practices and policies.

β€’ You will advocate for organizational change and assist managers and employees during change initiatives.

β€’ You will work alongside the operations team to create and manage employee recognition programs, employee events, and other activities that promote a positive and highly engaged work environment.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

β€’ 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR management.

β€’ Strong HR generalist experience is required, including knowledge of employment law and compliance obligations.

β€’ Proficiency in HRIS systems (such as ADP and/or Workday), as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
