Human Resources Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with a range of administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience.

• Collaborate closely with the Human Resources department.

• Compose emails for all staff members and create concise summaries.

• Aid in the recruitment process by facilitating communication with candidates.

• Observe interviews and participate in structured evaluation processes.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish is highly preferred; proficiency in other languages may also be considered.

• A keen interest in Human Resources within the nonprofit sector.

• Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
