Human Resources Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interns will engage in a collaborative pod model, closely partnering with another intern to achieve shared deliverables and facilitate cross-learning.

• Rotate through three primary HR functions to acquire a comprehensive view of the employee lifecycle: HR Systems, Talent Acquisition Partnering, and HR Business Partnering.

• Assist in designing a centralized resource for HR personnel to enhance access to tools and guidance.

• Perform research on the integration of AI within Human Resources, emphasizing recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.

• Evaluate existing recruitment technologies and their influence on efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

• Collaborate within intern pods to create a detailed report on the applications of AI in HR.

• Discover opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance the candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently in your Junior or Senior year pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong passion for HR, recruiting, and the application of technology.

• Familiarity with AI or data analytics concepts is a plus.

• Robust analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented (pod) environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
