This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the complete recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage and refresh candidate databases and HR documentation.
• Aid in the onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Help organize virtual interviews and HR meetings.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Prepare fundamental HR reports and required documentation.
• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings when necessary.
• Assist the HR team with policy and process documentation.
• Currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A keen interest in HR, recruitment, or people management.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment or job portals is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR tools, such as ATS systems, is preferred.
• Previous internship or project experience in HR is preferred.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail are preferred.
• Certificate of Internship.
• Letter of Recommendation based on performance.
• Flexible working hours.
• Exposure to real-world HR projects.
• Experience working remotely.
