This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ The HR Generalist/Executive support will assist Top Aces European Headquarters (EU HQ) with all general HR functions.
β’ Offer guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
β’ Aid in recruitment efforts, including job advertisements, interviews, and preparation of offers.
β’ Administer benefits, manage leaves of absence, and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
β’ Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement programs.
β’ Assist with payroll processes and compensation-related activities as needed.
β’ Oversee core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee modifications.
β’ Serve as the office point of contact for incoming mail, phone calls, and general inquiries directed to the Netherlands office.
β’ Manage scheduling and travel logistics, including coordination of cross-European trips.
β’ Support Finance teams with fundamental financial administration tasks:
β’ Ensure accuracy of cost centers for invoices and approvals.
β’ Assist with local auditing needs (both internal and external) by preparing documents, managing checklists, and liaising with stakeholders.
β’ Collect, organize, and verify data in financial systems (ERP tools) and other necessary reports.
β’ Provide support to the Top Aces Legal team with various communication and administrative tasks related to the Netherlands.
β’ Demonstrated experience (3β5 years) as an HR Generalist.
β’ Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Human Resource Management or a related discipline preferred.
β’ Experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Coordinator supporting senior leadership is advantageous.
β’ Proven ability to manage confidential information with utmost discretion, particularly concerning HR, Finance, and Legal matters.
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic international setting.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a bonus).
β’ Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
β’ Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools and digital workflows.
