This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive recruiting activities, which include arranging interviews, engaging with candidates, and assisting hiring managers.
β’ Take ownership of and implement new hire onboarding procedures, encompassing documentation, system setup coordination, and communication.
β’ Assist with benefits administration, covering enrollments, addressing employee inquiries, and collaborating with brokers/vendors.
β’ Act as a point of contact for employees, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures.
β’ Ensure that HR processes are in accordance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
β’ 1β4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related discipline.
β’ Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capability to juggle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
β’ Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with employees and leadership.
β’ Experience in supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR administration.
