πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide daily HR assistance throughout employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.

β€’ Act as the main point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

β€’ Assist with employee relations issues by offering guidance and escalating more complex matters when necessary.

β€’ Ensure accurate employee information is maintained in HRIS systems and uphold data integrity across various platforms.

β€’ Coordinate and support payroll processing, encompassing salaries, bonuses, commissions, and modifications related to benefits.

β€’ Collaborate with Finance and external vendors to guarantee payroll accuracy and punctual processing.

β€’ Review payroll information for inconsistencies and aid in resolving payroll-related concerns.

β€’ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and wage laws.

β€’ Maintain payroll documentation and assist with payroll audits and reporting requirements.

β€’ Support benefits administration, including open enrollment, employee modifications, and addressing employee inquiries.

β€’ Help process changes in compensation, new hires, terminations, and necessary documentation (e.g., I-9s).

β€’ Facilitate employee and manager self-service features within HR systems.

β€’ Generate and uphold HR and payroll reports, including general ledger and compliance documentation.

β€’ Assist with HR-led initiatives, including the transition and implementation of a new HRIS system.

β€’ Aid in transferring employee data between systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across payroll, benefits, and employee records.

β€’ Help coordinate employee communications, training, and change management efforts related to new HR systems, policies, and procedures.

β€’ Assist in the upkeep of HR policies, procedures, and related documentation.

β€’ Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources in a generalist or HR coordinator role.

β€’ Practical experience in supporting payroll operations.

β€’ Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.

β€’ Strong administrative and organizational capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

β€’ Knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and HR best practices.

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
