This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Provide support for all internal and external inquiries or requests related to Human Resources.
β’ Manage the onboarding process for new hires and employees through the HRIS.
β’ Conduct orientation sessions for all W2 new hires.
β’ Ensure the maintenance of digital employee records in accordance with federal regulations.
β’ Execute I9/E-Verify and background checks for all W2 new hires.
β’ Support the performance management processes.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in human resources or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and industry best practices.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, MS Office, and other business and communication tools.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
β’ Robust decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
β’ Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
