This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination on platforms such as Deel, Gusto, Rippling, and Bill.com.
• Assist with payroll functions, including timesheet management, compensation adjustments, documentation, and benefits administration.
• Support multi-state HR compliance by researching requirements, maintaining necessary documentation, and identifying potential risks.
• Create, update, and manage various HR policies, including the development of employee handbooks.
• Facilitate recruiting tasks, which involve job postings, candidate communications, initial interviews, and preparation of offer letters.
• Ensure accuracy in employee records and HR documentation within Google Workspace.
• Engage in professional communication via Slack, addressing day-to-day HR inquiries from client teams.
• Address employee relations matters with professionalism, utilizing conflict management strategies to resolve issues effectively while promoting a positive work environment.
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• A resourceful self-starter capable of problem-solving, asking pertinent questions, and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with an aptitude for identifying even minor discrepancies, recalling process requirements, and recognizing potential risks.
• Practical experience with payroll platforms such as Gusto, Rippling, Deel, or equivalent systems.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment compliance.
• Experience in supporting or managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Familiarity with employee handbook development or HR policy writing.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack on a daily basis.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and clear dissemination of HR policies.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in data entry, contract management, and record-keeping.
• Ability to adapt to change management initiatives while maintaining a focus on strategic human resources objectives. Must handle sensitive employee data across multiple organizations with discretion and professionalism.
