This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Act as a reliable advisor to senior management.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for the business to guarantee an optimal working atmosphere.
β’ Keep track of internal and external changes in laws, policies, and practices.
β’ Foster strong, trusting, and transparent relationships with both employees and leadership.
β’ Evaluate information and trends from various sources to provide informed recommendations.
β’ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) functions.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership, or a related discipline is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner is essential.
β’ Demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, and the ability to collaborate and influence executive leaders is required.
β’ Willingness to travel to the Bronx office location as necessary is required.
β’ Experience in Managed Care, LTSS, or a Health Care environment is preferred.
