Human Resources Business Partner III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to senior management.

• Serve as the main point of contact for the business to guarantee an optimal working atmosphere.

• Keep track of internal and external changes in laws, policies, and practices.

• Foster strong, trusting, and transparent relationships with both employees and leadership.

• Evaluate information and trends from various sources to provide informed recommendations.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, and the ability to collaborate and influence executive leaders is required.

• Willingness to travel to the Bronx office location as necessary is required.

• Experience in Managed Care, LTSS, or a Health Care environment is preferred.
