
Human Resources Business Partner β HRBP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +4 more states.
β’ Responds independently to employee relations issues and complaints while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
β’ Offers expert advice and training to leaders regarding performance accountability, corrective actions, and potential remedial or development opportunities.
β’ Conducts investigations into team member disputes by interviewing all involved parties, reviewing documentation, and gathering pertinent information before escalating issues as necessary.
β’ Collaborates with the HR Director and Team Lead to implement People-First solutions by analyzing performance and retention metrics.
β’ Oversees the performance management and review processes, ensuring assessments are free from bias and that accountability is consistently applied.
β’ Actively engages in HR initiatives and attends weekly team meetings, both virtually and in-person at the Home Office.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required.
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR generalist or employee relations roles.
β’ Experience in supporting employees in California.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, trends, and other information to propose solutions.
β’ Proven understanding of federal, state, and local HR laws, policies, and best practices.
β’ Intermediate knowledge of Workday HRIS is preferred.
