This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Assist in essential employee life cycle processes including onboarding new professionals, managing data, handling absences, facilitating transfers, and processing leavers.
• Prepare global HR documentation.
• Organize and maintain employee records using our proprietary platform.
• Administer benefits on behalf of both customers and professionals.
• Aid in payroll preparation.
• Conduct audits and checks on data modifications.
• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes.
• Communicate effectively with both professionals and customers.
• Assist with the review and renewal of company policies.
• Liaise and communicate with GP partners and vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR operations.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Resourceful with a strong problem-solving ability.
• Solid administrative background.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of labor legislation across the EMEA region.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven experience in similar human resources roles.
• Capability to work within an international team across various locations and cultures.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
