Hubspot Systems, Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance sophisticated HubSpot workflows that automate processes across Sales, Onboarding, and Client Success.

• Set up and manage ticket pipelines, client status automations, Service Hub settings, and Knowledge Base structures.

• Convert business processes and standard operating procedures into scalable automation solutions.

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through automation and system improvements.

• Create, maintain, and resolve issues related to integrations between HubSpot and third-party business applications.

• Develop and support custom code actions to enhance HubSpot's functionality.

• Utilize APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to establish reliable system integrations.

• Use AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, to expedite custom solutions and workflow development.

• Diagnose technical issues related to workflows, integrations, and platform functionality.

• Uphold the integrity of HubSpot data through regular audits, property management, and database maintenance.

• Ensure that CRM architecture facilitates accurate reporting, operational effectiveness, and long-term scalability.

• Standardize records, properties, and processes to maintain a dependable single source of truth.

• Create and maintain dashboards that deliver insights into operational performance and key business metrics.

• Produce reports to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Develop documentation, Loom training videos, and process guides to assist internal users.

• Act as the primary resource for HubSpot troubleshooting, training, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in administering and optimizing HubSpot.

• Current HubSpot certification in Settings, Administration, Reporting, or a related certification.

• Extensive experience with HubSpot Service Hub Professional or Enterprise, including ticket automation, SLAs, workflows, and pipeline management.

• Strong understanding of HubSpot architecture, including objects, properties, associations, pipelines, permissions, and reporting.

• Demonstrated experience in building advanced multi-branch workflows and automation.

• Familiarity with constructing or supporting integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms.

• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and custom code actions within HubSpot.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar scripting languages is highly preferred.

• Willingness to utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.

• Proficient in HubSpot, Slack, Loom, and project management platforms.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic remote environment.
