This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Oversee and enhance HubSpot portals for various client accounts and internal functions, ensuring optimal platform performance and user experience.
β’ Develop and sustain workflows, automations, sequences, and lead nurturing initiatives across the Marketing and Sales Hubs.
β’ Set up and manage CRM components, including deal pipelines, playbooks, forecasting tools, and lifecycle stages.
β’ Create reports, dashboards, and attribution models to monitor performance, return on investment (ROI), and the alignment between marketing and sales.
β’ Execute integrations with third-party applications and uphold data integrity through segmentation, deduplication, and data management practices.
β’ Perform portal assessments, recognize areas for improvement, and offer strategic insights to enhance platform utilization and efficiency.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
β’ Extensive experience with workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution metrics.
β’ Expertise in HubSpot CRM structure, including custom objects, properties, and data modeling.
β’ Proven experience in implementing integrations using native connectors, Operations Hub, and third-party tools such as Zapier or Make.
β’ Capability to create reports and dashboards that connect marketing and sales performance to revenue results.
