This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance Charter's HubSpot environment encompassing Marketing Hub, Sales Hub/CRM, and Content Hub (CMS).
• Ensure proper database hygiene, including deduplication, naming conventions, custom properties, lists, lifecycle stages, and pipeline structure.
• Design, create, and optimize landing pages, forms, website pages, and conversion paths within HubSpot.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows, automation, lead routing, notifications, and nurturing sequences.
• Create marketing, sales, and management dashboards along with reporting.
• Verify that HubSpot integrations with advertising, analytics, and other marketing platforms are stable and accurately configured.
• Provide training and support to Sales and Administration team members to ensure consistent use of HubSpot.
• Document HubSpot processes, structures, and operational guidelines.
• Review and enhance lifecycle stages, lead statuses, deal pipelines, lead scoring, and marketing-to-sales handoff rules.
• Generate audience segments while maintaining lead-source, campaign, and UTM conventions.
• Enhance attribution across various channels, campaigns, markets, opportunities, enrollments, and revenue.
• Update and manage website and landing pages for precision, user experience, conversion, and lead generation.
• Oversee on-page and technical SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, and structured data.
• Establish AI-search/AEO/GEO practices and track brand visibility and citations across AI search tools and search engines.
• Plan, initiate, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Administer budgets, conversion tracking, campaign quality assurance, and performance reporting.
• Test and refine campaign messaging, target audiences, landing pages, calls to action, and conversion rates.
• Strategize and implement campaigns for selected courses, products, and market sectors.
• Analyze markets to identify growth opportunities or new product prospects.
• Collaborate with the CEO/General Manager, Head of Sales, Head Teachers, education agents, and internal team members.
• Adapt campaigns as needed and align marketing activities with operational capacity.
• Conduct marketing compliance checks and support adherence for accredited courses, government-subsidized programs, and regulated education products.
• Create and maintain marketing SOPs, including the Marketing and Student Recruitment Manual.
• Adhere to Charter Australia policies, procedures, and legal obligations, reporting any breaches or significant risks.
• Engage in team check-ins and planning discussions as an integrated remote team member.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly within Marketing Hub, Sales Hub/CRM, and Content Hub/CMS.
• Strong foundation in marketing principles and experience in supporting in-house marketing initiatives.
• Practical experience in creating and managing landing pages, including building new campaign pages, updating existing ones, and modifying HubSpot web pages.
• Technical expertise in HTML and CSS.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic website issues, manage updates, support integrations, and configure staff email accounts within HubSpot.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining live HubSpot databases, including data cleaning, restructuring, governance, and effectively leveraging features available in the organization's HubSpot subscription.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles with experience in implementing optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with emerging AI search optimization practices such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot CRM functionalities, including custom properties, lists, segmentation, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, lead status, lead scoring, workflows, and marketing automation.
• Ability to independently construct, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows.
• Capability to create actionable reports and dashboards for marketing, sales, and management teams.
• Relevant HubSpot certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Google Ads.
• Experience in managing campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing conversions, and using analytics and CRM insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to craft clear content, present insights, and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Data-driven and commercially minded, skilled in interpreting insights, identifying opportunities, and recommending enhancements.
• Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote work environment with a keen attention to detail.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools are advantageous.
• Experience marketing to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, the UK, or other international markets relevant to Charter is a plus.
• Familiarity with reputation/review platforms is a nice-to-have.
• Flexible work-from-home arrangement.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Sydney Time.
• Observance of Australian public holidays.
