HubSpot CRM Specialist, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Allocate HubSpot records and modify workflows as necessary in response to territory changes.

• Manage and clean data within HubSpot, ensuring that duplicates, inaccuracies, and outdated information are corrected.

• Format and import Excel lists following established data hygiene standards and custom field mappings.

• Develop and update dashboards and reports to assist in campaign analysis, pipeline monitoring, and performance evaluation.

• Prepare emails, blog entries, landing pages, and web content based on supplied text and creative materials.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of sales sequences and automation workflows.

• Perform regular audits to guarantee compliance with data standards and best practices.

• Work together with marketing and sales teams to meet administrative support requirements.

• Document processes, naming conventions, and best practices to maintain consistency and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation/CRM systems.

• Expertise in Excel and handling structured data (e.g., VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to organizing and preserving data accuracy.

• Understanding of marketing workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead management procedures.

• Experience in generating reports and dashboards within HubSpot.

• Capability to adhere to processes and naming conventions meticulously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-driven, organized, and adept at working independently or collaboratively within a team.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business operations, or a related field is preferred.
