This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Allocate HubSpot records and modify workflows as necessary due to changes in territory.
• Clean and oversee data within HubSpot, ensuring that duplicates, errors, and outdated information are rectified.
• Format and import Excel lists using established data hygiene standards and custom field mappings.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to aid in campaign analysis, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics evaluation.
• Prepare emails, blog posts, landing pages, and web content according to the provided copy and creative assets.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of sales sequences and automation workflows.
• Perform regular audits to guarantee compliance with data standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet administrative support requirements.
• Document processes, naming conventions, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Attend meetings as necessary and provide updates on task status and system enhancements.
• Keep up to date with HubSpot feature releases and suggest relevant improvements.
• Promote a positive morale and embody the company’s core values.
• Communicate in a professional and respectful manner. Maintain a calm and respectful approach with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve minor HubSpot issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving processes related to system usage and data integrity.
• Support training and documentation efforts for new team members and users.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Ensure accurate and complete data imports and updates.
• Stage content for publishing within agreed timeframes.
• Deliver reports that align with team objectives and business metrics.
• Maintain minimal errors and rework due to a strong attention to detail.
• Organize and document processes that facilitate repeatability and scalability.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation/CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Excel and adept at working with structured data (e.g., VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to organizing and maintaining data accuracy.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead management procedures.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards within HubSpot.
• Ability to adhere to processes and naming conventions with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business operations, or a related field is preferred.
