This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Configure, optimize, and oversee the architecture and backend operations of HubSpot CRM.
• Design and implement sophisticated workflows and automation processes within HubSpot.
• Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and operational insights for stakeholders.
• Assess existing business processes to uncover opportunities for CRM enhancements.
• Convert business requirements into scalable HubSpot configurations and solutions.
• Build and refine sales pipeline structures and process flows.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data, along with adherence to segmentation and governance standards.
• Collaborate across departments with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
• Assist in CRM implementation, migration, and systems enhancement initiatives.
• Generate documentation for workflows, automations, and system processes.
• Proven hands-on experience in administering HubSpot CRM and its backend functionality.
• Extensive experience in creating workflows, automations, and operational systems within HubSpot.
• HubSpot certification (any level) is mandatory.
• A business analyst mindset with experience in mapping and enhancing internal processes.
• Strong grasp of sales operations, CRM lifecycle management, and pipeline structures.
• Capability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Experience in developing dashboards and reporting frameworks in HubSpot.
• Experience in CRM implementation or migration projects is highly desirable.
• Background in healthcare, SaaS, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
