Hubspot Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consulting projects in the area of Hubspot and Revenue Operations for start-ups and dynamic SMEs.

• Hubspot implementation and optimization: Independent configuration, automation, and further development of Hubspot, as well as integration of third-party tools (e.g., outreach tools or billing solutions) for clients.

• Interim management: Taking on operational tasks for clients (e.g., as a CRM Manager).

• Process development and improvement: Designing efficient processes and workflows along the revenue funnel (Marketing, Sales & Customer Success), including interface work and automations.

• Reporting & analysis: Establishing dashboards, KPI structures, and lead/revenue funnel analyses to support data-driven decision-making.

• Contributing to the development of torq.revops: Creating internal standards and templates, as well as knowledge sharing for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience, for example, in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Hubspot consulting, or CRM implementation.

• Proficient use of Hubspot, including automations, process mapping, and tool integrations.

• Strong understanding of operational workflows in the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.

• Enjoys hands-on work, has a proactive mentality, and drives projects independently.

• Process understanding, analytical thinking, and a solid command of data.

• Experience in project work and dealing with multiple stakeholders is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in both German and English.

• Eager to actively share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to the development of torq.revops.
