This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and manage HubSpot instances across Marketing, Operations, and Sales hubs for various client accounts.
• Develop and enhance workflows, automations, email campaigns, and lead scoring systems.
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clients with clear insights into their performance.
• Ensure client data remains clean and organized through continuous data management and hygiene practices.
• Assist with onboarding and migration as new clients are integrated into HubSpot.
• Set up and resolve issues with integrations between HubSpot and related tools.
• Create and oversee landing pages, forms, and CMS content as required.
• Participate in client calls to clarify implementations, review outcomes, and address inquiries.
• Work in collaboration with account managers and internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client objectives and quality standards.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines across several client accounts concurrently.
• Located in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong academic credentials with an impressive General Weighted Average.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience with HubSpot in at least one hub (Marketing, Operations, or Sales) and a willingness to gain expertise across all three.
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, Sales Hub) are advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Capable of joining client calls to communicate technical details in clear, non-technical language.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently troubleshooting and solving problems.
• Experience with related tools (e.g., Salesforce or other CRMs, Zapier/Make, GA4, CMS platforms) is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in an agency or a dynamic software/marketing environment is a significant advantage.
