HSEC Manager

📋 Description

• Direct all Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) operations in Morocco

• Guarantee complete adherence to Moroccan regulatory standards and alignment with global best practices

• Design, execute, and sustain the site Health & Safety Management System

• Supervise contractor HSE performance and uphold site safety protocols

• Assist in the execution of stakeholder engagement strategies

• Compile HSEC reports for senior management and regulatory bodies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of HSEC experience in industrial, environmental, mining, or heavy industrial projects

• In-depth knowledge of the Moroccan regulatory landscape

• Experience with projects that adhere to IFC standards is a plus

• Proficiency in French; English proficiency is an advantage
