This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Developing and implementing thorough compliance programs that are customized for each organization.
• Assisting each organization and acting as a resource for any compliance-related inquiries or issues.
• Fostering a safe and healthy workplace environment.
• Leveraging extensive experience and knowledge in construction and safety to review the work of the HSE Coordinators.
• Demonstrating the ability to work autonomously with a keen attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
• Exhibiting strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Over 5 years of experience in a construction safety position.
• More than 2 years of experience in construction safety management.
• OSHA 500 certification is mandatory.
• Regular national travel is required, approximately 75%, which may involve extended periods away; must be able to commit to long-term onsite projects.
• A valid driver's license suitable for the type of vehicle to be driven and a satisfactory driving record are essential.
• Previous experience with the Army Corp of Engineers and/or municipal projects is preferred.
• MSHA experience is a plus.
