This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Designing and implementing thorough compliance programs customized for each organization.
• Assisting each organization and acting as a resource for any compliance-related inquiries or issues.
• Fostering a safe and healthy workplace environment.
• Reviewing the performance of HSE Coordinators.
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Utilizing effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction safety role.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction safety management.
• OSHA 500 certification required.
• Regular national travel, approximately 75%, which may include extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable vehicle type and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Previous experience with the Army Corps of Engineers and/or on municipal projects is preferred.
• MSHA experience is a plus.
