HRSD ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute platform solutions that align with design principles and strategic objectives

• Forge partnerships with Product Owners and Developers

• Manage the delivery of the product backlog, including enhancements and projects

• Collaborate with Solution Architects for expert guidance

• Assist in testing activities to ensure quality assurance

• Capture reusable knowledge throughout the delivery process

• Provide mentorship and guidance to developers

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Capable team leader and builder of consensus

• Proficient at quickly identifying and resolving issues

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities

• Possess a challenging mindset that adheres to core design principles

• Ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs

• Preferred candidates should hold ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow HRSD Implementation
