• Execute thorough software testing on features of the ERP system, with a particular emphasis on the Human Resource and Payroll modules.
• Record test findings, report issues, and support developers in diagnosing defects.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, support staff, and implementation teams, to ensure software quality is validated.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios pertinent to ERP workflows and functionalities.
• Familiarity with Focus School Software’s ERP system or relevant experience with similar ERP platforms in a Human Resources/Payroll role.
• Experience as an HR/Payroll end-user, demonstrating a solid understanding of ERP workflows and typical user scenarios.
• Previous experience in software testing, particularly with ERP systems in Human Resources, Payroll, or related administrative fields.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively document and articulate testing results and issues.
