This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver Level 1–2 technical support for HR systems, integrations, and HR service management tools.
• Investigate and address low to moderate complexity issues concerning HR workflows, roles and permissions, interfaces, and employee data.
• Track SLAs and KPIs for HR Technology and Projects, analyze case drivers, root causes, and system defects, and facilitate operational prioritization.
• Oversee and evaluate the HR solutions roadmap, including new releases, while managing the enhancement and change request backlog.
• Assist users with system navigation, transactions, approvals, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor integration errors and collaborate with solution architects, other technical teams, and vendors to coordinate issue resolution.
• Execute routine technical system administration and data maintenance tasks.
• Aid in testing activities for releases, patches, and enhancements.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to solution architects, product owners, or other technical teams as necessary.
• 1–4 years of experience with SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge/experience in at least one or more of the following modules/areas: Employee Central (EC) and/or Time Management, technical configuration experience, Role Based Permissions (RBP), Reporting.
• Experience in HR systems support, HR operations, and IT support environments.
• Basic understanding of integrations, interfaces, or ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and customer support skills.
• Capability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a service-oriented environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice to have: Experience with ServiceNow HRSD support.
• Experience in supporting HR integrations.
• Experience with other HR systems (e.g., Darwin, and additional systems to be included).
• Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, employee data changes, time management, recruiting, or talent processes.
