This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for the overall governance and enhancement of the organization's Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
• Manages the daily operations of Workday HCM.
• Supervises a team of HRIS/Workday analysts.
• Collaborates closely with HR functional leaders, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday effectively supports business operations, compliance, and strategic workforce initiatives.
• Acts as the primary functional owner of Workday HCM, guaranteeing system integrity, scalable configuration, effective change management, and a high-quality end-user experience across HR, managers, and employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over five (5) years of experience supporting HR systems, including considerable hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Workday Pro certification(s) or equivalent advanced functional expertise in Workday.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring HRIS/Workday team members.
• Demonstrated experience in managing HR technology projects.
• Experience in collaborating with HR and business leaders on system solutions.
• Strong comprehension of HR processes, data governance, and concepts related to system security.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results from the applicable post-offer physical examination, a 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background checks, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
• If the position involves driving, a valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at the time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may be applicable.
