This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the management and enhancement of the ADP Vantage and ADP Workforce Now platforms that support essential HR, payroll, benefits, and talent operations.
• Create and implement an HRIS strategy that aligns with the organization’s growth, HR objectives, regulatory standards, and workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure that systems adequately support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and offboarding.
• Work alongside Payroll leadership to ensure HRIS functionalities are in sync with payroll operations and compliance objectives.
• Assess system capabilities and suggest improvements, automation, and integrations to enhance HR service delivery and overall employee experience.
• Manage daily HRIS functions supporting a large volume of employees across various locations and states.
• Ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and prompt resolution of HR, payroll, and employee-related issues.
• Maintain system configurations, workflows, business processes, and security roles within HR modules.
• Coordinate with ADP, IT, and external vendors regarding system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Confirm that HR systems effectively facilitate key processes such as recruiting, onboarding, job transitions, compensation, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to streamline workflows and maximize system usage.
• Enhance self-service capabilities for employees and managers, improving the overall user experience.
• Support organizational transformations (such as restructures, acquisitions, and expansions) within HR systems.
• Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and security of employee, organizational, and payroll-related data.
• Generate and present HR, payroll, compliance, and workforce analytics reports.
• Partner with HR and executive leadership to provide insights on headcount, turnover, labor trends, and workforce planning strategies.
• Lead data audits and assist in regulatory reporting (including ACA, EEO, and healthcare-specific requirements).
• Act as a vital partner to Payroll, ensuring uninterrupted HRIS support for payroll processing cycles and data integrity.
• Resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Assist in benefits administration, open enrollment processes, and integrations with carriers and vendors.
• Ensure accurate data transfer between HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, ACA, FLSA, and other federal/state regulations affecting healthcare employers.
• Maintain robust data governance, system security, and audit controls.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including HR, payroll, and system controls.
• Lead HRIS-related initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to consistently enhance processes, reduce manual work, and boost automation.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and vendor relationships within a complex enterprise environment.
• Provide guidance and training to HR, Payroll, and operational leaders.
• Develop training materials and advocate best practices for system utilization across HR functions.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on ADP Vantage and ADP Workforce Now functionalities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive HRIS experience with ADP Vantage and/or Workforce Now, supporting both HR and payroll functions.
• Experience in a large, multi-state healthcare organization is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in enabling HR processes (talent management, employee lifecycle) through HR systems.
